Reinforced concrete residential building with basement and three floors.  Greatest challenge of the project the very peculiar substrate soils consisting mostly out of bentonite material, expanding after absorbing water and swelling when becoming dry again, making the soil to "move". Raft foudnation on piles was designed to stich the raft on to ssound and solid material and protected the superstructure!
